People who care about their impact as much as their exit. I’ve been in the founder’s seat, building and selling a brand (or two). Now I use that experience to help founders cash in on the businesses they’ve spent years growing.

At the firm, I oversee major M&A milestones. I’m the one analyzing listings, tightening up numbers, and pulling apart data rooms to take companies to market. Once an LOI gets accepted, I push it across the finish line to the closing table. When I’m not poring over a P&L, you can find me on trail runs, testing new hummus recipes, basking in sunny spots, and at concerts singing along off-key.
